  • Tenants understand that they must carry their own insurance policy for their personal property and any liquid filled furniture.
  • Pets are not accepted in any unit unless stated in the unit details. Please see www.dfeh.ca.gov for our only pet exception.
  • It is mutually agreed that the applicant shall have no right to occupy the above describe premises until his/her application has been approved and a lease of rental agreement is signed by the Tenant and Landlord.
  • Applicant shall furnish with this application 35.00 non-refundable credit check charge. Acceptance or rejection shall be within FIVE WORKING DAYS from the date of the application. THE CREDIT CHECK CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE and is payable on the website by credit or debit card, or if paid in person by cashier's check or cash.
  • Applicant represents that statements made are true and correct and hereby authorizes verification of references to include, but are not limited to credit checks, unlawful detainer checks, and criminal background checks and agrees to furnish additional credit references on request, and waives any claim against any person(s) providing such verification. Applicant agrees to furnish a photocopy of a valid photo ID or other forms of official, lawful photo identification, issued by a governmental agency as well as a copy of their latest 4 paychecks and bank account statements upon submission of application.
  • If I am accepted, I understand that all move in costs are to be paid by cashier's check or money order only... no personal checks.
